Chris Paul was formally introduced as a member of the Golden State Warriors during an introductory press conference with members of the media prior to the team’s second Summer League game in Las Vegas.
Following his press conference, the veteran All-Star point guard went to the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas to watch the Warriors play the New Orleans Pelicans in the Summer League.
For the game, Paul sat courtside with his new teammates Steph Curry, Gary Payton II, and Jonathan Kuminga.
Despite the presence of four veteran teammates, the Summer League Warriors were unable to secure their first victory in Las Vegas. The Pelicans defeated the Warriors for the second time in a row, 96-84.
The Warriors will return to action on Wednesday against the Dallas Mavericks in Las Vegas.
