1. Imperial Palace, Tokyo, Japan
The Imperial Palace was built on the old grounds of Edo Castle. The Royal Palace campus is like a large park surrounded by moats and massive stone walls. The Imperial Palace is located in downtown Tokyo, near Tokyo Train Station. Currently, it is the residence of the Imperial Family of Japan. Therefore the palace is usually closed and is only open to the public on January 2 (New Year’s Eve) and December 23 (Shang Huang’s Birthday).

Today, this site displays precious artifacts such as robes, armor of the king and royal family, weapons, … These artifacts are proof of the flourishing of the Ottoman Empire at that time.
4. Buckingham Palace, England
Buckingham Palace is the official residence and main workplace of the Queen of England and now the King in London. This is also one of the few royal palaces still in operation in the world today. The palace is 108m long, 120m deep, 24m high and has 775 rooms. Every summer, the palace is open to the public. In order for visitors to better understand the life of the Royal family, the palace allows to visit 19 guest rooms. Here, visitors will be able to see firsthand the collection of furniture with the most precious paintings in the world.
5. Grand Palace, Bangkok, Thailand
The Grand Palace is located in the heart of the Thai capital, on the banks of the Chao Phraya River. Since 1782, it has been the official residence of the kings. The palace is designed in classical Thai style with colorful Spiers and roof tiles. The Temple of the Emerald Buddha is located within the palace grounds. It preserves excellent architecture and art in the ancient style of Thai Buddhism.
6. Alhambra Palace, Andalusia, Spain
Alhambra Palace is located on the top of Mount Assabica, on the left bank of the Darro River. Alhambra – the jewel of Islamic architecture in Europe. Alhambra takes its name from the Arabic al-qala’a al-Hamra which means Red Castle.
7. Mysore Palace , India
Mysore Palace also known as Amba Vilas, is a splendid palace located in the city of Mysore, South India. This was once the residence of the Wodeyars – the ancient Royal family in Mysore that ruled from 1399 to 1950. The palace is built of gray granite with a dome using pink marble. Inside are two large meeting rooms and 18 temples. This palace is considered the greatest of all the royal palaces in India.
