Neom has transformed from a fantastical ambition into a revolutionary reality. The latest development entails the establishment of a BWA Yachting office in Sindalah, the Red Sea’s long-awaited first ultra-prime superyacht destination. The under-construction smart city is promoted as the ultimate destination for superyacht travelers. BWA is preparing to offer unparalleled services to the largest cruise ships in the globe.
BWA Yachting’s chief executive officer, Paschalis Patsiokas, stated, “We are honored and excited to be invited by NEOM to participate in this groundbreaking project.” “At BWA Yachting, we are committed to supplying superyachts visiting Sindalah with world-class services. We eagerly anticipate constructing captivating NEOM itineraries and providing our clients with extraordinary experiences in this spectacular new destination.”
Sindalah will be the first phase of Saudi Arabia’s national tourism strategy when it opens in early 2024. Sindalah, one of NEOM’s 39 islands, is a luxury oasis that not only serves as the center of a world-class yachting ecosystem with over 5,000 berths, but also offers an idyllic lifestyle in a novel and unforgettable setting.
Antoni Vives, Chief Urban Development and Islands Officer at NEOM, commented on the partnership as follows: “Sindalah will redefine the luxury island experience and become the most sought-after yachting destination in the world, offering six months of winter sun and less than a day’s sail from the Mediterranean ports. Working with BWA Yachting will enable us to utilize their knowledge and provide Sindalah’s signature yachting ecosystem and elevated experience. This partnership constitutes a significant step towards inviting the world to Sindalah.”
Luca Dini Design and Architecture, an Italian superyacht and architecture firm, conceived the $24 billion undertaking. The island’s 840,000 square meters have been transformed into an exceptional resort and yacht club destination by brilliant minds. Sindalah will also feature three luxury resorts, a spa, 51 luxury stores, 86 piers, 38 restaurants, and a beach club in addition to a yacht club.
