YouTuber Alex Hirschi (Supercar Blondie) in the latest video visited a $40 million mansion in Dubai. A special feature here is the garage built under the sea with a collection of supercars totaling about 24 million USD.

Located on Dubai’s opulent Palm Jumeirah island, the residence features stunning contemporary architecture and design that matches the landscape .
Covered with large glass windows, the residence offers sweeping views of Dubai’s cityscape, including the famous Atlantis The Palm hotel. This place has a 30m long infinity pool right next to the sea, but the most prominent is a giant underwater garage.
Before reaching the garage, Alex rummaged through a bowl full of the keys of all the cars parked inside and picked four out of it. She then climbs down a flight of stairs to a stunning garage filled with extremely rare supercars.
The supercar collection includes a Bugatti Super Sport 300+, two LaFerraris, a Ferrari F12, Mercedes-Benz GT Black Series, McLaren Senna, Ford GT… A total of 14 cars worth about $24 million, according to Supercar Blondie.
The cost of building a garage is about 4 million USD. Engineers and contractors have to build under the sea and add a lot of special waterproofing to prevent seawater from entering.

Another interesting feature of this garage is a glass window on the ceiling that allows a direct view of the living area of the villa, as well as in the opposite direction, the owner can look down at his supercar garage.

After visiting the garage, Alex continued to explore other areas of the mansion such as living space, bedroom, kitchen, entertainment space. She said the mansion is worth $40 million and the feeling of being in it is beyond imagination.
