The Wall Street Journal reports that former NBA player Dwyane Wade has sold one of his Miami Beach condos. Reportedly, he and his actress wife Gabrielle Union have settled their divorce settlement for $22 million.
The home is currently listed for $26.5 million and is in the pending sale stage of the real estate market.
The property was purchased by Wade in 2010 for a total of $10,645,000, during his time as a star player for the Miami Heat. After that, he got to work on a top-to-bottom renovation of the waterfront house.

After Wade announced his retirement from the NBA in 2019, he put his lavish mansion up for sale for a whopping $32.5 million.
He eventually reduced the asking price to $29 million at the close of 2019. In 2020, the price dropped to $26.5 million. He eventually agreed to accept 17% less than the asking amount in order to close the purchase.
Even after paying for the renovations, Wade will still make a handsome return on his investment.
The new owner may rest easy in their 12,000 square foot property.
Located behind locked gates, the property boasts Spanish architecture that was “exceptionally crafted” to evoke the style of the East Coast. There are 11 baths and 6 bedrooms in this brand new bespoke build where “no detail or amenity has been overlooked.”
A “chef-caliber” kitchen is a part of the interior design, and it features stainless steel appliances, tile flooring, light wood cabinetry, and an island.
The living room has an arched glass doorway and a beamed ceiling. A glass partition separates the kitchen from the family room. The main bedroom has a private balcony, sitting space, office, marble bathtub, and beauty salon.
