Forbes says that Rihanna, a 33-year-old Barbadian immigrant and global music star, has solidified her position as the world’s wealthiest female musician, making her more successful than even Beyoncé, Madonna, and Jennifer Lopez. Rihanna has recently made a lot of money in the cosmetics and clothing industries, so she is not afraid to try her hand at luxury real estate.

 

 

The pop star just spent a whopping $10 million on the house next to the one she bought three months ago for a whopping $13.8 million. Her skyrocketing wealth is mostly due to the huge success of her businesses, especially Fenty Beauty, which she owns with LVMH, and Saage x Fenty, which is now worth a whopping $1 billion.

Even though the gated property was never officially put on the market, tax records show that it has a 3,500-square-foot home with four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and a half-acre of land. The couple who owned it before Rihanna bought it for $5.1 million in 2015. After taxes and possible repairs, they almost doubled their money when they sold it to Rihanna.

The Tudor-style mansion has formal living and dining rooms, a kitchen that opens into the family room, and a large backyard with an oversized swimming pool set below a terraced patch of grassy lawn.

Rihanna now owns a total of one acre of land, which she shares with the property next door. She has more than 11,000 square feet of living space, two swimming pools, and enough off-street parking for at least ten cars.

The master suite on the upper level has a sitting area and a private veranda. On top of the garage is a separate guesthouse with a full bedroom suite.

Rihanna also owns a $6.8 million villa in the Hollywood Hills, a mansion in her home country of Barbados, and an apartment on a high floor in Los Angeles’s prestigious Wilshire Corridor. But for now, her main home is still a $5.2 million condo unit in Century City’s The Century condo complex, which is a very exclusive place.

As Rihanna continues to enjoy her huge success, her growing Beverly Hills compound is a sign of her lavish lifestyle and smart investments, cementing her position as the queen of both music and real estate.
