The Burj Al Arab’s Royal Suite is one of the most expensive suites in the city, costing an estimated $24,000 per night. To live up to its price tag, this suite must be truly exceptional, and it does not disappoint. With rich textiles, marble flooring, elegant stairs, three magnificent bathrooms with deep bathtubs, a private theater, and in-room butler service, this is a very opulent stay for the most discerning of travelers.
It’s no surprise, then, that the Burj Al Arab is consistently named one of the world’s most opulent and illustrious hotels. Staying in the Royal Suite gives you access to everything this sail-shaped monument has to offer, as well as breathtaking views of downtown Jumeriah.
During a recent trip to Dubai, I had the opportunity to sample the dazzling suite’s sweet delicacies. Without a doubt, this is the most impressive hotel suite I’ve ever seen. It is even referred to as “the world’s only seven-star hotel.”
It’s ludicrous. It’s enormous – 780 square metres to be exact. It’s bright and colorful, and it’s certainly fit for a king.
The suite is two stories tall. Opulence lurks around every corner, and it hits you right away when the doors open and you’re greeted by a massive gold and marble stairway (of course, you arrived at the room via your own private elevator).
Massive pillars are plated in 22-karat gold, and you truly feel like a celebrity.
