Brady has been working hard to finish building his opulent bachelor mansion on Indian Creek Island ever since leaving the NFL.
Brady and Bundchen were scheduled to move into the upscale area with their kids.
In contrast, the Brazilian beauty moved into a $11.5 million waterfront home just across the stream while Brady took over the $17 million two-acre property.
The residences will be equally stunning, however Brady’s will be significantly larger at 20,200 square feet compared to Bundchen’s 6,600 square feet residence.
An expansive his-and-hers bathing suite, an organic garden, a meditation garden, a pickleball court, a yoga terrace, a prep kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen were all planned for Brady and Bundchen’s family residence on Indian Creek.
Since separating from his ex-wife, Brady, according to the New York Post, has made the decision to radically alter the plans.
As opposed to this, the property will be a “new two-story single family residence with a security building, gym, cabana, pool, and sport court.”
Recent images demonstrate that the New England Patriots icon still has plenty to do to the property, particularly in regards to his opulent swimming pool.
Recent pictures of the scene show the garden under renovation and the pool filled with murky green water.
Bundchen’s new residence features a home cinema, a gym, a playroom, various patios, five bedrooms, and seven bathrooms.
The 18,400-square-foot parcel, which is located in a cul-de-sac, also has an outdoor pool and a pier that almost immediately faces Brady’s mansion’s back yard as it is being built.
“You could literally swim from Gisele’s place to Tom’s – not that they would,” the insider claims, “but both homes will include a dock, so it would be very easy for them to co-parent their children while living so close to each other.”
The home is the most recent addition to Bundchen’s considerable property portfolio, which also includes a newly acquired $1.25 million home in Surfside that she apparently intends to use as an office.
In Brentwood, California, Brady and his ex-wife resided before selling the house to Dr. Dre for $40 million.
Additionally, they have held property in Massachusetts and New York City.
In recent years, when Brady relocated from Boston to Florida to play for the Buccaneers, the couple rented Derek Jeter’s Tampa Bay mansion, a legend of the New York Yankees.
Brady and Bundchen rented a beachfront home in Miami with four bedrooms and 4,300 square feet prior to getting divorced.
He has been residing in a lavish condo at the Surfside Fendi Château Residences building since their separation.
Brady, meantime, recently expressed how “grateful” he feels after displaying further images from his 46th birthday vacation to Africa with his kids.
On social media, the retired quarterback shared a number of pictures from his safari trip with son Jack and daughter Vivian, including ones of lions, zebras, and an elephant.
