Billionaire Mukesh Ambani, Asia’s richest man, has sold his rather modest and small apartment in New York for $9 million

Mukesh Ambani, who is an Indian billionaire, is a man who owns various enterprises as well as many properties. The latter is the reason he is making headlines these days; it is a $9 million home in Manhattan’s West Village, but it is no longer his to show off.

The richest person in Asia, who had a net worth of $95.7 billion, recently parted ways with his ritzy fourth-floor condo in Manhattan, which included breathtaking views of the cityscape and the Hudson River. The two-bedroom, three-and-a-half-bathroom Superior Ink home featured a chef’s kitchen that was perfect for preparing those mouthwatering gourmet delicacies.

The home was 2,406 square feet. The house had 10-foot-high ceilings, herringbone hardwood floors, and noise-proof windows, despite the fact that it was rather little in comparison to Ambani’s amazing 27-story residence in Mumbai. However, the house was still a wonderful property.

The Reliance Industries billionaire’s NY condo has witnessed a slew of celebrities like Hilary Swank, designer Marc Jacobs and billionaire Leslie Alexander. Shared amenities of the posh Superior Ink are a gym equipped with yoga and Pilates room, a bike room, a children’s playroom, a resident’s lounge, a concierge, and valet parking. The Ambani’s are usually in the news for buying things; this is probably a rare occasion where they are selling a property.

Some time back, the affluent Ambani clan had bought a massive 300-acre London property worth nearly $80 million over a Zoom call. The historic Stoke Park Estate boasted 49 bedrooms, a golf course, and a mini-hospital. The real real-estate gem of the tycoon is Antilia, his $4.8 billion residence in Mumbai.

Twice the height of Big Ben, Perkins & Will designed this modern home with an Indian heart. The home includes a mega garage for 168 cars, an ice cream parlor, a spa and a yoga center, a running track, and a well-equipped gym.
