Strar Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello own a luxurious $18M Italian-inspired mansion-lam

The couple has listed their stunning seven-bedroom, 11-bathroom home for $18 milliо𝚗, marking the second time in less than a year that they have put it on the market, as confirmed by PEOPLE.

Last year, Vergara, 50, and Manganiello, 46, listed the Italian-inspired estate for nearly $20 milliо𝚗 but later took it off the market. Now, the property is back up for sale with a reduced price tag. The listing is held by Santiago Arana of The Agency and Barry Peele of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello purchased the property, situated on over half an acre, in 2014 for $10.6 milliо𝚗, prior to their marriage. Since then, the Modern Family star has undertaken remodeling efforts to infuse the home, built in 2006, with touches reminiscent of an Italian villa. She collaborated with interior designer Jennifer Bevan to achieve the desired aesthetic, according to Variety’s Dirt.

Spanning three stories and over 11,000 square feet, the mansion offers an array of luxurious features. The listing highlights a chef’s kitchen, a theater, and a full-size gym.

Descending a spiral staircase, the lower level boasts a bar with a wine cellar and tasting room, showcasing a sophisticated black-and-white color scheme that contrasts the light and airy decor found on the upper levels.

Outside, the backyard is a private oasis with tall hedges, a meticulously manicured lawn, a pool, a Һоt tub, and a barbecue area.

Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello first crossed paths through their mutual connection with Modern Family co-star Jesse Tyler Ferguson at the White House Correspondents’ Association dinner in 2014. Although Vergara was engaged to Nick Loeb at the time, a few weeks after the event, she announced her split from Loeb, leading Manganiello to approach Ferguson for her contact details.

Despite Vergara initially feeling hesitant about entering a new relationship, Manganiello’s sincerity won her over. In a 2020 interview with PEOPLE, Manganiello expressed their mutual trust and selflessness, stating, “I knew pretty quickly that I could trust her, and she knew pretty quickly that she could trust me. And we’re both the kind of people who are capable of putting the other person ahead of ourselves. Once you have that, you don’t let go of it.”

As they bid farewell to their Beverly Hills villa, Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello embark on a new chapter while leaving behind a truly remarkable property.
