The 367-foot-long megayacht Renaissance is inspected by Leonardo DiCaprio and Beyoncé

The 367-foot-long megayacht Renaissance is one of the newest, largest, and most costly yachts to hire at $3.2 million for a week, and stars like Leonardo DiCaprio and Beyoncé have taken a peek at it.

Now that Freire’s 367-footer Renaissance has joined Burgess’ charter fleet, wealthy seafaring celebrities have even more opulence to select from than previously existed with boats like the Flying Fox and Lana. The largest boat ever constructed in Spain, it is scheduled for launch in 2023 and can accommodate 36 passengers in 19 spacious staterooms. The façade was designed by Bannenberg & Rowell, and naval architecture was completed by Marin Teknikk AS, although the massive vessel is difficult to categorize. This stunning vessel has a double-height dining saloon that would make Leonardo DiCaprio swoon.

And the massive owner’s deck, supposedly the most abundant of the six decks (no photographs available at the time of writing), would blow the mind of yacht enthusiast Beyoncé. Al fresco dining arrangements, standard on four of her decks, flank the private area. The main deck of the 7,200-ton Renaissance yacht features a large swimming pool, beach club with bar, sea terrace, and waterfront dining.

A “revelation,” in Burgess’s words, the spa features a fitness center, a state-of-the-art gym that would impress even the most elite athlete, hot and cold plunges, a steam room, a sauna, a beauty salon, and more. For the convenience of her wealthy VIP guests, the Renaissance, like her rivals, is outfitted with a helipad on the bow and a plethora of amazing water games and nautical equipment.

To describe the new acquisition, Burgess’ charter manager Caroline Taylor said, “We are happy to be representing this one-of-a-kind superyacht. Burgess is well-known for its high standards, and Renaissance exemplifies this ideal. Charters for 2024 in the Mediterranean can be booked on the boat this summer, and Renaissance will sail to the Caribbean for the winter of 2024/25. More than 600 individuals at the shipyard have worked on this project over the course of several years, and we appreciate all of their hard work. All of the people that worked on this extraordinary project, from the shipyard itself to the subcontractors, suppliers, financial institutions, and classification society. With a hefty weekly cost of $3.2 million, which climbs upto $3.7 million in peak season, Renaissance is one of the most costly yachts to hire. The price tag may be shocking to the average consumer, but it hasn’t deterred the wealthy Hollywood elite who have developed an insatiable craving for these luxurious yachts. We can’t wait to watch which famous person boards first.
