Drake is selling his third and last home in Beverly Hills, Los Angeles, and he saved the best for last. The luxurious monster mansion in the Tuscan style is for sale for a shocking $88 million.
The nearly 25,000-square-foot mansion was built over several years in the late 1990s. It was first designed by KAA Design Group for Guess cofounder Armand Marciano, who wanted interiors that looked like they were from the old world and had a Mediterranean theme. Then, in 2015, English singer Robbie Williams bought the place for $33 million and fixed it up in a modern style. Then, Williams sold the house to Drake for $75 million last spring. It’s not clear if the rapper who won a Grammy Award changed anything on the property in the past year.
