Forward Aaron Gordon of the Denver Nuggets is now spending his summer in China. The current champion surprised the fans with new skills during his performance.
When facing off against an opponent one-on-one, Aaron Gordon resorted to some of his old streetball techniques. He had his sights set on a crossover that would get the fans amped up before he could go by his opponent. He then swung the ball through his shirt and threw down a massive slam at the basket.
You wouldn’t know it from watching this, but Gordon has never been known for his ballhandling talents. The wide variety of admirers who came out to see him play were more than adequately thrilled by his performance.
The ex-top-five choice is beaming with happiness, and with good reason. He just had his finest season and was a major reason why the Denver Nuggets won the NBA championship. The 27-year-old had his second-highest scoring average (16.3) to go along with his dynamic defense.
This summer has been fantastic for Aaron Gordon.
In contrast to the norm, Aaron Gordon has not taken any time off to rest and recharge after the season ended. He had been in another nation with a buddy before deciding to travel to China.
Nikola Jokic is a somewhat unassuming person when he’s not playing basketball. However, after the Nuggets’ championship triumph, he revealed to the world one of his passions. His enthusiasm for horse races is a prime example.
A few days before the start of the month, Gordon flew to Serbia to visit his All-Star teammate. Both enjoyed watching horse racing, one of their many shared activities. There was video evidence that Gordon was having as much fun as the two-time MVP.
The Nuggets are expected to be a strong contender for the NBA championship in the upcoming 2024 season. This is a great example of why. Denver recognizes the importance of fostering a strong team culture and is making strides in that direction.
Gordon could have spent the winter focusing on his game by himself, but instead, he decided to sneak a peak into a teammate’s personal life. Things like these are often disregarded, despite their significance in fostering a healthy and productive culture.
