The Miami mansion of pop sensation Joe Jonas and his spouse, actress Sophie Turner, is on the market for $16.995 miℓℓio𝚗.
According to listing agent Carl Gambino with Compass, the waterfront home in the exclusive gated neighborhood of Bay Point measures around half an acre.
The home was purchased by Mr. Jonas and Ms. Turner in 2021 for $11 miℓℓio𝚗, according to public documents. The house was the celebrity couple’s principal abode.
The property fronts a canal that empties onto Biscayne Bay by around 94 feet. The about 10,500 square foot home, which features six bedrooms, was constructed around 1980.
According to Ms. Ivory, the house boasts coral-rock walls, wooden-beam ceilings, and curving glass staircases. The room was given a tropical atmosphere by repurposing indoor water features, moats, and koi ponds as vertical gardens, she said.
The formal living area boasts windows on all sides and 30-foot ceilings. It has an antique Murano Venetian glass chandelier and a two-sided travertine fireplace. The dining area features hand-painted de Gournay wallpaper and another Murano glass chandelier.
According to Mr. Gambino, the home contains a wine room, a sauna, a gym, and a pool room with a two-story library space above it.
Ms. Ivory stated that the exterior of the house had been freshly painted, the landscaping had been updated, and lighting had been installed to the trees. Two swimming pools—one for adults and one for kids—are in the yard. The property also has a Һot tub, an outdoor kitchen area, and a dock that is about 94 feet long.
