The luxurious property now offers a double-height living room with sliding glass doors leading to the backyard, a remarkable floor-to-ceiling fireplace adorned with black marble imported from Tunisia, and a floating staircase that leads to the master suite, complete with floor-to-ceiling glass walls showcasing breathtaking canyon views. Additionally, the residence includes five more bedrooms with ensuite baths, an office, gym, screening room, gourmet kitchen, wine cellar, and wet bar.

Outside, the estate features a fan-shaped infinity-edged swimming pool, a rare expanse of grassy lawn, multiple outdoor dining terraces, a grove of mature oak trees, and a spacious motor court leading to the four-car garage. Mercuriadis and his wife Sue, who were previously based in London, have been spending more time in the United States. They recently listed their palatial Miami penthouse, offering a private rooftop pool and 10,000 square feet of living space, for $15 million. The reduced asking price now stands at $13 million.

The listing for Mercuriadis’ Hollywood Hills mansion was held by Bennett Hirsch and Nick Sandler of The Agency, while the buyer was represented by Marcy Roth and Fredrik Eklund of Douglas Elliman. Mercuriadis’ ambitious acquisitions and luxurious real estate ventures continue to solidify his prominent position in the music and property industries.
