It has been just under two years since Rihanna purchased a Tudor-style estate in the mountains above Beverly Hills for $10 million. The property, located next door to another mansion she owns, is now back on the market with a slight price increase, asking just under $10.5 million.

Originally built in the 1930s but substantially renovated during Rihanna’s ownership, the gated property consists of a main home and a separate guest apartment above the two-car garage. In total, there are four bedrooms and five bathrooms spread over more than 5,000 square feet of living space.

The main level of the home features a gourmet kitchen equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, an eat-in island, and a breakfast nook. The adjacent family room opens to the backyard through French doors. Other highlights include a living room with a soaring vaulted ceiling, a formal dining room that leads to a covered terrace for al fresco dining, and a cozy media room with a fireplace.
