Sofia Vergara suffered a loss because she lowered the price of her Beverly Hills villa to $18M

Sofia Vergara wants to sell her Beverly Hills bachelorette apartment. The freshly refurbished Tuscan-style property is now $17,995,000, down $1.6M from $19,600,000.

Vergara should earn despite the price change. She bought this 11,369-square-foot mansion for $10M in 2014, a year before marrying actor Joe Manganiello.

With Jennifer Bevan’s help, Vergara renovated the mansion tastefully. With white walls and black accents, the Tuscan-villa property was updated.

Santiago Arana of The Agency says the estate offers the perfect Beverly Hills lifestyle, blending privacy with luxury. The home’s aesthetic details make it feel like a resort.

Vergara and Manganiello upgraded in 2020 by buying a 17,100-square-foot castle on a 1.85-acre property in Beverly Park for $26M. Former baseball star Barry Bonds owned the magnificent property.

Their new acquisition is larger, but it’s hard to envision it being more lovely than the current one.

The luxurious home has seven en suite bedrooms, 11 baths, vaulted ceilings, and wood-and-marble tile floors.

The elegant public spaces have French doors, fireplaces, and stylish lighting. The elegant kitchen has a center island, Viking appliances, and a breakfast nook with French doors to the well-kept rear.

A private club-style bar, 3,000-bottle wine cellar with tasting area, 10-seat cinema, and gym with sauna are among the luxury features.

No bedroom photographs are listed, but the main suite has multiple closets and spa-like amenities for this fashionable pair.

Mature trees and a gate give privacy. The half-acre resort-style garden is encircled by towering hedges to protect A-listers from cameras.

Vergara, 50, is one of the highest-paid actresses in television due to her role in “Modern Family” and endorsements. She judges “America’s Got Talent” and has a successful film career.
