Travis Scott’s Post-Breakup Splurge: Inside His $23.5M LA Mansion with an Underwater Sound System
Travis Scott resides in a sleek, 17,000 square foot estate that is set atop a hilltop with views of the Los Angeles hills. However, his Houston home isn’t in bad shape either.
Travis Scott made his official real estate debut with a bang after going halfsies with Kylie Jenner on the $13.5 mιllιon purchase of a Beverly Hills property, which they still jointly own.
The Astronomical rapper spent a hefty $23.5 mιllιon (IN CASH) buying a large property in the posh Brentwood district of Los Angeles in June 2020.
If you think that’s a lot to pay, keep in mind that the newly constructed house was originally listed for a whopping $42 mιllιon.
The 17,000 square foot, futuristic estate is set high in the Los Angeles hills and is equipped with nearly every opulent facility you could imagine (as well as some you probably wouldn’t, like an underwater sound system for the infinity pool).
The project was envisioned by Southern California-based architectural company de Loren & Associates with a luxury yacht-inspired architecture and a focus on wellness.
The home was hailed as “a true triumph in design, crafted for its residents and guests to live a healthy lifestyle and enjoy special moments,” according to Santiago Arana, Managing Partner at The Agency, at the time it was first listed back in 2019. The all-star agency team in charge of marketing it also praised the mansion at the time.
There is no disputing that Travis Scott’s home is a party monster, despite the fact that the wellness aspect is prominently featured throughout the entire property.
Seven bedrooms, eight bathrooms, and three powder rooms are included in the home’s 17,000 square feet of living area and are distributed over three levels.
