Kim K. moved her family into a $70 million Malibu estate so that she could start a new chapter as a single parent

Kim’s $70 mιllιon Malibu property was revealed to Kardashian fans. As contractors prepare to renovate Kim’s cliffside California house, new aerial photos show the beautiful location.

Mom-of-four Kim wants to personalize the property she bought in September 2022. Cindy Crawford owns the beachside Malibu mansion. The 7,400-square-foot property has four bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, and multiple large living areas with beach and mountain views.

The fresh photographs showed multiple workers on the property with ladders and other equipment. The ocean-facing side of the house has no windows and plastic sheets instead.

On the other side of the home, furniture was on the terrace, suggesting inside remodeling. The grass is clean, but the other side of the structure has more incomplete doors and windows.

Kim’s new home features a large, tree-filled backyard and a smaller land. Kim and her four kids will enjoy sunsets on a Malibu private beach. Kim bought the mansion after divorcing Kanye West to start again.

“Kaia Gerber, Cindy’s daughter, is good friends with Kendall Jenner and tipped her off to the sale,” the U.S. Sun reported last year.

“This is the first place she’s bought without Kanye’s input,” the person added.

“And while she won’t live there full time, she wants somewhere she can vacation with the kids.”

Last year, Kardashian supporters said Kim spent too much on the property and would damage it with her “boring” aesthetic.
