According to a senior official at the company, the ‘Revolve Mall,’ which will be located in New Cairo and cost 2.5 billion Egyptian pounds ($83 million), would be completed by the Gaballah Group in the year 2025.

The construction of the project will be completed in two stages over the course of two years. According to Dalia Gaballah, Chairman of Gaballah Group, who was interviewed by Zawya Projects, “We have implemented nearly 80 percent of the construction work.”

Brutal Architects from Cairo were responsible for the design of this project, which is being constructed across an area of 15,000 square meters. It will have 62 hotel units, 152 office units, and 36 retail units when it is finished.

According to Gaballah, the Mall makes use of cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, environmentally friendly technologies, and sustainable materials.

She went on to say that the Group has agreed to work with Eight Developments under the terms of a contract to market Revolve Mall.
