According to listing agent Debra Johnston, “the way the property wraps around the house” is what actually makes it distinctive. They made the most of the two acres by using landscape architecture.

She explained that the owners closed on the unfinished house in 2017 and then spent two years renovating it before moving in at the beginning of 2020.

In addition to building the pool house and finishing the lower terrace level with a range of opulent amenities including a spa center and a bar and wine room, they completely redesigned the landscape. Harrison Design of Atlanta is responsible for the interior design and landscape architecture.

Hardwood and stone flooring, 10-foot ceilings, an elevator, a slate roof, interior steel doors, a whole-house generator, automated blinds, and a gated entry are some of the architectural and design features.

“It’s all glass on the back of the house,” Ms. Johnston explained, pointing to the area where the pool is located. “The house is literally transparent,” someone said.

According to her, the living and dining rooms on the main level feature an open layout. Depending on how much dining area you require, they can be used interchangeably.

A walk-in pantry, twin quartzite islands, custom cabinetry, and a breakfast area are all features of the kitchen. It leads to a covered loggia and a family room.

The owner’s suite on the main level has a spacious bedroom, two dressing rooms, a marble bathtub, and a private office with a fireplace. A covered stone patio that views out over the land was added by the owners.

Retractable screens, a fireplace, a kitchen and bar area, and a subterranean office are all features of the new pool house.

The house is very private, according to Ms. Johnston. They erected a double gate and planted mature trees.

According to Ms. Johnston, the residence is located in North Buckhead’s “estate neighborhood” on Garmon Road.

According to her, Buckhead’s core is around three miles away. The St. Regis Atlanta, Cherokee Town and Country Club, and Chastain Park are among additional close attractions.
