According to Mr. Sher, some of the most notable features of the property include a glass elevator, three climate-controlled garages with capacity for an RV or up to 12 vehicles, and a car lift that goes right to the exterior of the primary bedroom suite. All of these features can be found on the lower level of the residence.

“This is the most feature-rich home I’ve ever seen, and it boasts gorgeous views of the Los Vegas Strip,” he continued.

According to Mr. Sher, the accommodations have resort-like features such as a cinema room, a games room, a fitness center, a wine cellar, a basketball court, a rock climbing gym, a casino-inspired den with a wet bar, a pool table, a professional Texas Hold’em table, a shuffleboard, and an air hockey table.

According to Mr. Sher, the outside area features a mini golf course with nine holes, a swimming pool, a kitchen with firepits, a pizza oven, a teppanyaki grill, and an ice cream machine.

“Almost everything in this home is either a piece of art or has a wow factor,” he said. “This house is truly a work of art.”

According to the Multiple Listing Service, the property is currently the most costly one available in Southern Nevada, despite the fact that there are some undeveloped parcels on the market that are being offered at a greater price.

“We have seen an influx of sophisticated luxury buyers from California, Chicago, and New York, where taxes are very high,” Mr. Sher added. “With the level of construction and a whole set of expectations from luxury buyers we are seeing, I expect that within the next year or two, the most expensive home in the area will be over $50 million.”
