Discover the ultra-luxurious splendor inside White Lotus Star’s $7.7 million mansion in Los Angeles

After only 16 months, actress Alexandra Daddario and her husband, film producer Andrew Form, sold their Los Angeles home for $7.675 million, which was more than they had originally asked for.

The producer of “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles” (2014), 53, and the 36-year-old actor from “The White Lotus” (2014) listed the 4,910-square-foot home in the affluent Hancock Park section of the city in November for $7.595 million, according to property records.

Within ten days, there was a contingent offer, and by the end of the month, the sale was in the works. The house, which cost about $80,000 more than the asking price, was closed in the middle of December.

PropertyShark records show that Ms. Daddario and Mr. Form paid $7.3 million for the home in August via a trust linked to the couple’s financial advisor. Additionally, Ms. Daddario appears in “Anne Rice’s Mayfair Witches,” an AMC premiere this month.

The 1927 estate has a Mediterranean style that has been “reinterpreted for the 21st century,” according to listing agent David Offer of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California. He waited a moment before making a comment when questioned.

The home boasts a foyer with limestone flooring, a large living room with a fireplace and French doors, a formal dining room, a 600-bottle wine cellar, and an office or library with built-in shelving, according to the advertisement. The eat-in kitchen features marble countertops, robin’s egg blue cabinets, and a matching utility closet with a farm sink.

The master bedroom suite is one of three bedroom suites on the second level and features exposed beamed ceilings, a fireplace, a walk-in closet, and a bathroom with two vanities and a soaking tub.

There are various patios and gardens outdoors, as well as stone walkways, water features, sycamore trees, and the lovely rear, according to the description. There is also a two-story guest house with two suites and a 60-foot lap pool.

Additionally, Ms. Daddario has made appearances in the 2017 film “Baywatch” and the “Percy Jackson” movies. The 2018 movie “The Quiet Place” and its sequels, as well as the “Tom Clancy’s Jack Ryan” television series (2018–22), are among Mr. Form’s other creations.
