Owning a $88M mansion as large as a museum, overwhelmed with Drake’s wealth

very quickly. Drake sold the expensive hillside home he had purchased in Beverly Hills a year earlier. The rapper is selling his $88 million resort-style home. The house listing was revealed by TMZ.

The over 25,000 square foot estate was built for GUESS co-founder Armand Marciano over a long period of time in the late 1990s by the renowned KAA Design Group architects. The Tuscan-style property was bought by Robbie Williams for $33 million in 2015, and he updated and modernized its Old World, Mediterranean-inspired furniture.

The enormous property was sold to Drake this spring for $75 million by Williams and his wife, Ayda Field. Although the rapper may have made changes, the estate reportedly still seems much as it did when Williams was in charge, when Field’s Instagram account frequently featured it.

From a secret cul-de-sac above Benedict Canyon, gates and a long driveway lead to the property. Canyon, city, and beach views are framed by olive and oak trees. The building contains an 11-car garage and a sizable motorcourt with room for many more cars.

Simple and newly presented, neutral spaces. Highlights include a double-height lobby with a grand staircase, a living room with two enormous fireplaces, a wine cellar, a gym, an elevator, a kitchen with two islands, and an upstairs master retreat with a private view balcony and an expansive salon-style bathroom. There is typically a guesthouse and staff wing.

Everything is one-of-a-kind and unquestionably expensive to install, including the countless marble finishes and handmade woodwork. One of the largest lawns in the 90210, a full-size tennis court, an outdoor kitchen, and a “hidden” orchard are among the features of the listing. The majority of the estate’s 20 acres are hills.
