Currently, the Ferrari 360 Spider supercar once owned by the former England captain is for sale at a price of 110,000 pounds (about 133,250 USD).
First registered in July 2001, the car was purchased by Beckham near the transition of his career between Manchester United and Real Madrid.
After more than 20 years, the car is still in quite good condition with only 7,773 miles (about 12,510 km).
First introduced at the 2000 Geneva Motor Show, the Ferrari 360 Spider shares many details with the Ferrari 360 Modena coupe variant.
Like many other Ferrari models, the 360 Spider was penned by design company Pininfarina. The aluminum alloy chassis, made by Alcoa, is 28% lighter despite being 10% larger and has 40% more stiffness.
The exterior of the car has the traditional Nero black paint color, comes with a set of silver multi-spoke cast wheels from the BBS brand and red brake calipers.
Ferrari had to adjust the structure in many locations to optimize the durability and safety of the 360 Spider. This increases the vehicle’s weight by 60 kg compared to the 360 Modena.
The spare wheel of this supercar is fixed in the front luggage compartment.
The highlight of the rear of the car is the engine grille that replaces the traditional body, which was inherited from the Ferrari 360 Challenge Stradale.
This supercar model has been upgraded with the Tubi sports exhaust system to provide a more exciting sound.
The convertible sports car is equipped with optional carbon fiber sports seats with a premium Sabbia brown leather surface.
The interior details are still in quite good condition. The Manettino’s signature sports steering wheel was only introduced by Ferrari later on the “junior” model F430 in 2004.
Providing power for the car is a 3.6L naturally aspirated V8 engine, maximum capacity of 400 horsepower and maximum torque of 373 Nm.
The engine’s power is transmitted to the rear axle through an F1 6-speed automatic manual transmission made by Graziano.
With the above equipment, the Ferrari 360 Spider is capable of accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds, before reaching a maximum speed of more than 290 km/h.
This parameter is only about 0.1 second slower than the Ferrari 360 Modena in acceleration, and 5 km/h lower than the maximum speed this supercar can achieve.
Currently, the average resale price of the 360 Spider is about 75,000 USD. With an amount of more than 133,000 USD, the value of this supercar is equivalent to a new Ferrari 296 GTS.
The Ferrari 360 Spider has been out of production since 2004, replaced by the F430 Spider, 458 Spider, 488 Spider and currently the F8 Spider.
