It looks like the Kardashian family still keeps in touch with people they used to date. The Sun says that documents show that Tristan Thompson bought a large piece of land that is almost a 3-point shot from Khloe Kardashian’s newly built home. The NBA star paid $12.5 million for his big house, which he paid for with a mortgage of almost $9 million. It is on a 1.39-acre lot in Hidden Hills, which has a guard gate.
Howard Keyes, who used to own the Keyes Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Toyota, Lexus, Hyundai, and Honda stores in Van Nuys, California, bought the newly built home with classic East Coast style for $9 million that same year.
The luxurious home has more than 10,000 square feet of space and six bedrooms and 8.5 bathrooms. It also has a big parking lot that can fit more than ten cars. The foyer is big and has two stories. It has a black-and-white checkerboard stone floor and a big crystal chandelier on top.
The front door is used to get in. Three short flights of stone stairs lead up to the front door. The living room has brown hardwood floors and is connected to a formal dining room and a wine closet that keeps the wine at the right temperature.
The chef’s kitchen has not one but two islands and high-end appliances, as well as a butler’s pantry. The next family room has large sliding doors that lead out to a large loggia where people can gather outside. On the main floor, there is also a library, a game room with a wet bar, a breakfast room in the shape of a hexagon, a cinema room, maid’s quarters, and a five-car garage.
The master suite is on the second floor. It has two sitting areas and a private balcony with a view of the estate’s beautiful gardens. The two master bathrooms, which are made of expensive stone and have soaking tubs, are connected to two dressing rooms with custom finishes.
