The well-known celebrity couple Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello have relisted their Beverly Hills property that is styled after Italian architecture and interior design for a price that is significantly lower than it was previously. The mansion has been up for purchase on the market for close to a whole year and was originally listed with an asking price of close to $20 million; however, it is currently being offered for just a sliver of a dollar more than $18 million.

Sofia Vergara, an actress and model who was born in Colombia and is best known for her part as Gloria in the television series “Modern Family,” and her husband, Joe Manganiello, who is best known for his role in “True Blood,” purchased the house in the winter of 2014, little over nine years ago, for a price that was substantially lower. During the time that they owned the property, the couple collaborated with Jennifer Bevan, an interior designer located in Los Angeles, to perform a significant amount of remodeling work.

The villa has complete seclusion thanks to its location within a compound that is enclosed by walls, gates, and tall hedges.
