Rapper Lil Pump, real nɑme Gazzy Garcia, has returned to Miami after purchasing a waterfront mansion there for $4.6 mιllιon.

The 5,100 square foot home, which boasts breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, was initially listed by Luis Dominguez and Karl Hueck of Douglas Elliman for $4.89 mιllιon. The third-floor rooftop terrace is home to a spacious rooftop patio where the 18-year-old rapper will enjoy entertaining his party while taking in the sunset views and gorgeous lining wall.

The exquisite home, created by LF Development and located in an affluent neighborhood on Norfolk Island, features fine woodwork, high-end furnishings, and fixed windows. The developer of the Miai Beach house that NBA player Hassan Whiteside bought is LF Development, a well-liked company among Miai’s upper class.
