In my opinion, the product DNA of Bugatti is the most exquisitely unique and gorgeous. I still vividly recall the very first time I laid eyes on a Veyron and how instantaneously I fell in love with it… a sensation that manages to be maintained in some way across the entire spectrum of vehicles, all the way up to the Mistral, which made its debut just a year ago. Its design, proportions, and the idiosyncratic combination of curved and straight lines in its construction all contribute to a sense of utter enchantment.
Despite this, Bugatti has never really expanded its offerings beyond the domain of hypercars. This leads me to question what would happen if the French automobile company produced more than simply hypercars.
Could this DNA be successfully applied to a variety of various automotive categories? These incredible AI-generated photos of what Bugatti automobiles would look like in different avatars were published by an account that goes by the name FLYBYARTIST, and to tell you the truth, it definitely verifies my hypothesis.
The visual language of the car has something absolutely remarkable about it, and even adapting it to an all-terrain vehicle, recreational vehicle, or van doesn’t make it less appealing. If anything, I’d say that my enjoyment of it has become even stronger!
The Bugatti ATV has the appearance of being something that a company that specializes in the production of customized automobiles absolutely has to design. The picture directly above it, along with the one directly above it, depicts what a Bugatti all-terrain vehicle may look like. It gives off the impression that Mad Max might be a little more refined if he drove one of these. It’s true that using AI to generate graphics requires some compromises (symmetry being one of the most common), but these representations are really insane.
You have a car that is unabashedly a Bugatti, complete with all of the brand’s iconic design elements like as the horseshoe grill and even the C-shaped pillar, but with beefier components such as larger tires, a stronger chassis, and what appear to be gigantic air intakes directly below the headlights. The first picture is veering dangerously close to monster truck territory, but due to its high ground clearance, it is more accurately classified as an ATV.
The subsequent expeditions that we have planned are rather more expansive. These ones, despite having the appearance of recreational vehicles (RVs) but being constructed for a post-apocalyptic desert metropolis, are not to be trifled with. The image that is now displayed on top is probably the most accurately drawn one; it also features a good deal of symmetry. The AI is also capable of understanding design elements, such as the C-shaped cutout located near the red panel at the rear, and those Chiron headlights unquestionably appear as though they are supposed to be there.
The RV that can be seen below has all the makings of a classic AI picture. However, the car as a whole is quite outstanding, despite the absence of symmetry surrounding the headlamps. The interior is roomier, and the whole thing has the air of a semi-truck about it; yet, the door seems to be set a little too high for my taste.
Next we’ve got a Bugatti van. What would it even be used for? Cops or paramilitary, perhaps. Although my gut instinct is to think of it as a luxury UPS-style delivery van, there’s no way I’d expect the rear of that vehicle to store something as benign as carton boxes. Bugattis are domination machines, and there’s nothing dominating about a cardboard box. I’d rather see a crew of law enforcers with riot gear sitting inside.
Not all vehicles need to be trucks and RVs, some of them can be good old hypercars too! This one feels like a modern classic that combines the Bolide, Divo, and Chiron together. The one below amps things up a little more by playing with form and aerodynamics, but it makes tradeoffs in the symmetry department.
Both of our most recent investigations focused on edge-cases. The upper image depicts what appears to be a truck used in logistics and is geared for transporting goods, while the lower image depicts what appears to be some kind of tourism vehicle with open sides that provide passengers with a view of the area around them.
The cargo truck is a heavy-set vehicle that has dual rear wheels for carrying maximum load and an armor-like shape that gives the impression that it could cut through barriers like a knife through butter. These features allow the vehicle to carry a maximum load.
On the other hand, the more limited investigation results in an atmosphere that is richer and more opulent. This is exactly the kind of vehicle that you would find in the residence of a Saudi prince, used for bringing guests from one wing of the palace to the other. It has a glossy black paint job, golden highlights, a liberal use of red for the interiors, and a literal red carpet treatment for the passengers.
