A sophisticated modernist mansion in Brentwood was just acquired by Travis Scott.

According to TMZ, the rapper, who is now 28 years old, purchased the seven-bedroom home for its full asking price of $23.5 million cash.

After being listed for $42 million over the summer of 2017, the price of the home was reduced twice, resulting in the price that Travis ultimately paid for the property.

His brand-new mansion features a grand total of 11 bathrooms and is distributed across a sprawling 16,700 square feet of space. It is composed on three levels.

Stormi, who is now two years old, is the daughter that Travis has with his ex-girlfriend Kylie Jenner, with whom he continues to co-own a $13.5 million mansion in Los Angeles.

 

The expansive rooftop features a parking area that is bordered by plants, and the driveway that leads to it slopes downward to reach the balcony on the third story.

The property features a long infinity pool with a glass bottom that extends out into the backyard and provides stunning views of Los Angeles.

There is a sparkling wooden deck on one side of the swimming pool, and it is bordered with plenty of space for chairs and tables.

At one end of the swimming pool, there is a canopy, while at the other, there is a series of stairs that descend all the way to the ground level.

In addition to a grassy area, Travis’ new backyard features a patio that extends into the living room on the second story.

In point of fact, the living area on the second story has floor-to-ceiling wall-to-wall doors that open up to the garden, which helps to make the space feel more open and breezy.

Travis and his visitors have the option of going up to the rooftop, where it is lit up, to take in the city views at night, when they are even more breathtaking than during the day.

The interior of the home features a number of design elements that are reminiscent of luxurious hotels, such as a lobby that has a wall that is covered in plants.

According to TMZ, it was revealed in April that she had purchased a property in the prestigious Holmby Hills region of Los Angeles for the price of $36.5 million.

The front of the house has a similarly ultra-modern design to Travis’ new home, but the interior contains accents that are more traditional, such as the style of the boiserie.

Her new home in Brentwood is outfitted with many of the same luxuries as Travis’ new estate in Brentwood, including a bar, a movie theater, and a pool table.
