Yo Gotti is selling the hilltop home he purchased in Los Angeles less than a year after he initially purchased it. A Tuscan-style mansion, two swimming pools, rose gardens, and a full-size tennis court can be found on the 3-acre property that the rapper known as “Recession Proof” owns in Westlake Village, California. The property is also professionally groomed.
Mario Mims’s first major breakthrough came in 2016, with the release of the album “The Art of Hustle,” which reached its highest position on the Billboard 200 chart at No. 4. The following year, his collaboration with Nicki Minaj on the song “Rake It Up” made it into the top 10 of the Hot 100 chart. Gotti, who is 41 years old, is the head of the Collective Music Group (CMG) in Nashville.

The price of Gotti’s purchase of the Villa Forza in Westlake Village in May has been increased by one million dollars. Over 10,000 square feet of living space are contained on a single floor in the house that was built in the late 1990s and offers a view of the golf course at North Ranch Country Club.
.
The interiors are exquisitely designed. The glass and metal double entry doors open up to a large foyer that features a large skylight with views that extend across the garden and further into the distance beyond the undulating hills.
.
In addition, there is a library, a family room that is connected to the kitchen where the chef prepares meals, and six guest rooms that may also be used as family rooms. In addition to two bathrooms, wardrobes, fireplaces, and jacuzzis, the master suite features a home gym, executive office, formal dining room, and formal living room.
.
The exterior of the house is beautifully landscaped with boxwood and rose gardens, as well as enormous palm trees and tranquil waterfalls. Overlooking the canyon are a reflecting pool, an infinity-edge pool, and a number of terraces that are perfect for outdoor dining and gathering.
