The Memphis Grizzlies’ current franchise player is Ja Morant. After entering the NBA, Morant immediately made an impression, winning Rookie of the Year and then Most Improved Player of the Year. However, after posting a picture of a gun on social media twice in 2023, his reputation suffered greatly. After the first incident, he was suspended for eight games. There was a 25-game penalty for the second incident.
Thankfully, Ja Morant has a $3 million estate in Eads, Tennessee, that he can go to when he’s not playing in the NBA.
Given that Morant has spent his whole NBA career with the Grizzlies, it is not surprising that he eventually bought a house in Tennessee. After leading Memphis to the second round of the playoffs and being named an All-NBA player in 2022, Morant signed a $193 million, five-year contract deal with the Grizzlies. Morant spent $3.05 million for a 13,000 square foot estate in Eads, Tennessee, not long after signing the contract.
Here are some images of the $3 million estate owned by Ja Morant in Eads, Tennessee.
