Quarterback Patrick Mahomes of the Kansas City Chiefs and his wife, Brittany, have had a wonderful 2023 together.

 

The Mahomes family has had a lot to celebrate over the course of the last year, thanks to the off-the-field achievements of Patrick Mahomes as well as Kansas City’s many championships in 2018.

 

This past week, Brittany posted a picture of her family on social media, including herself, Patrick, their 2-year-old daughter Sterling Skye Mahomes, and their 10-month-old son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III. In the picture, Brittany and Patrick are holding their children.

Fans of the National Football League who have keen vision couldn’t help but notice one thing, though.

One of the reader’s comments was something along the lines of “it’s odd to me how many celebrities have zero issues flashing off their daughters, yet hide the identities of their sons.”

 

“I don’t understand why you guys always flash the girl instead of the boy.” A second supporter shared the view.

“Why can we not see the boy, but we can see the girl?” a third party was included.

Brittany has not responded to the controversy as of yet, but this is likely due to the fact that it is just one of many that she has had to deal with in the recent months. It seems like nothing but trouble ever comes her way, what with the uproar she caused with her comment about boys versus girls and the incredibly forceful response she gave to those who criticized her.

Brittany is not hesitant to push back against the criticism, but she also appears to understand that it is a part of the life that she and Patrick choose for themselves. It is for the same reason that her wild birthday party made headlines, her Christmas party outfit was such big news, and her vacation pictures caused such a stir. All three of these events were caused by her.

The likelihood is high that Brittany takes one look at her brother-in-law Jackson and understands that the situation might be far more dire. He is ridiculed on what seems to be a monthly basis for the novel and inventive ways that he discovers to bring disgrace to the family name.

The fact that Patrick and the Chiefs are so successful is the primary reason why Brittany is receiving so much attention. And judging by the way that they have been playing so far this year, that is not going to change any time in the near future.

 

The Kansas City Chiefs now have a record of 12-3, have won their last three games, and are in excellent position to make a deep run in the postseason.
