With a clip from the film Space Jam and Murray’s comment, “Perhaps I could be of some assistance,” Thompson captioned his image, “Bill Murray is my spirit animal.”The Warriors officially announced shortly afterward that Thompson will be available to play against the Cavaliers.

When asked about Thompson’s status after practice on Saturday, coach Steve Kerr said, “It’s not my announcement or decision to make.” In addition, he told the journalists to check their phones and thanked them for putting up with his “charade.”
