At the conclusion of the first quarter in a game against the Los Angeles Clippers, Golden State Warriors star Stephen Curry got into a heated argument with the referees on their choice.
After Curry attempted to grab the ball from Russell Westbrook and the top player for the Warriors lost it, the referees called a foul on him.
Curry and the referee got into a heated debate because Curry couldn’t believe the ruling. A few seconds thereafter, Curry received a technical foul.
Curry led the Warriors to victory with a final line of 26 points (8/17 FG, 3/9 3PT, 7/9 FT), 7 rebounds, 8 assists, 1 steal, 1 block, and 2 turnovers.
With their better record of 9–10, the Warriors can now claim 10th place in the Western Conference.
In contrast, in his 17 games with the Warriors this season, Curry averaged 29.5 points, 5.1 rebounds, and 4.3 assists per contest.
