Model Winnie Harlow purchased a million-dollar mansion in Los Angeles to live a lavish lifestyle

Even though Winnie Harlow bought her luxurious Los Angeles home over a year ago and rejoiced with an Instagram photo that received hundreds of thousands of likes, it’s still worth discussing. Perhaps because it’s surprising that one of the world’s most sought-after fashion models lives in Tarzana, a rather suburban neighborhood in the San Fernando Valley, rather than Hollywood Hills or Beverly Hills.

Harlow’s $3.3 mιllιon pᴜrchase of her first Tarzana home shows the neighborhood’s rebirth. Harlow’s new home, built to spec by a local developer, is approximately 5,000 square feet. The fairly level property has a large backyard with covered terraces, a grilling center, a fire pit, and a waterfall-featured saltwater pool. Harlow may build a sports court and modest guesthouse in the property’s large, green back yard.

The modern farmhouse-style home has a two-car garage and a front door that opens into a living room with clerestory windows and a fireplace. European wood flooring connects the open dining area to a chef’s kitchen with stainless steel Thermador equipment, a walk-in pantry, and a breakfast alcove.

The kitchen-adjacent family area has a linear stone fireplace, a wet bar with a beverage refrigerator, and a temperature-controlled walk-in wine cellar. For peace of mind, the entire property has security cameras, smart-home technologies, and surround sound.

The main level has five bedrooms with individual bathrooms and a powder room. The upstairs master suite has a balcony overlooking the backyard, a stone shower, and two wardrobes with wall-to-wall built-ins.

In 2014, Tyra Banks spotted Canadian Harlow, who competed on “America’s Next Top Model”‘s twenty-first season. With over 10 mιllιon Instagram followers, the 27-year-old is a global social media influencer. She has appeared in Fendi, Nike, Swarovski, Marc Jacobs, and Steve Madden campaigns as a runway/print model. She also appeared on Vogue’s cover and in Beyonce and Eminem’s music videos.
