The hefty price tag for this acquisition amounted to $30 million.

Notably, Curry strategically sold his previous Atherton mansion, a 7,535-square-foot residence on 1.18 acres, to Chinese billionaire Forest Li in the fall of 2021, fetching an impressive $31.2 million in the transaction.
