Memphis Grizzlies updated the latest situation on Ja Morant, signaling the return of the young star

Star Ja Morant is still in the process of receiving a 25-game suspension in the NBA . However, this young star is still actively training and ready for a comeback. Head coach of the Memphis Grizzlies Club – Taylor Jenkins provided the latest information on the defender’s situation.

“He fully participated in practice sessions, as well as club activities such as ice surgery and individual training during his suspension. Despite being suspended, Ja Morant still practices on his own time. Until the sentence ends, he will be ready to play in the best condition.”

The captain of the Memphis Grizzlies has many compliments for the team’s biggest star right now. He affirmed that Ja Morant is still trying his best in his efforts to re-enter the NBA.

“Ja brings positive things to the team’s playing style thanks to his excellent tactical vision. Mental aspects like his ability to bond with teammates on the field are a natural talent. I don’t mean leadership but just investment in team work that is truly impressive.

Besides, Ja had a very positive attitude throughout this time. I know the team getting off to a bad start might upset him. We understand the situation and will try to get back on track.”

The Memphis Grizzlies need Ja Morant to return as a fiery catalyst for the entire team after a disappointing start to this season. They have a 2-8 record, ranking at the bottom of the Western region rankings.

The 24-year-old ball-playing defender received a 25-match suspension in the 2023/2024 season after league leaders looked into the gun-playing scandal on his live stream on social network Instagram. This punishment comes just three months after Morant was suspended for eight matches for a similar incident.
