Stephen Curry’s new sneakers celebrate the Golden State Warriors’ championship mindset.

Golden State Warriors point guard Stephen Curry and Curry Brand, powered by Under Armour, are kicking off the new year with a thrilling twin sneaker release. The Curry 11 and Curry 4 Retro ‘Championship Mindset’ celebrate Golden State’s dynastic reign and style of play, which have transformed the NBA.  

‘Championship Mindset’ commemorates the Golden State Warriors’ distinctive emblem by replacing cab yellow with shiny gold. The shimmering gold coating on the shoe pays homage to the Larry O’Brien NBA Championship Trophy, which Stephen has won four times throughout his career with the Warriors. 

On Friday, January 19, the Curry 11 and Curry 4 Retro ‘Championship Mindset’ will be available for purchase at currybrand.com and select UA Brand Houses. Here’s a closer look at the hoop shoes and an explanation of the cutting-edge technology they use. 

The Curry 11 was released in October 2023 and is the 11th edition of Stephen Curry’s signature sneaker portfolio with Under Armour. For the first time, the Curry 11 features dual-density UA Flow technology, resulting in a softer top-loaded piece and optimum comfort underneath. The design also includes a segmented plate, which helps athletes retain stability throughout the midfoot and underfoot while providing additional flexibility at the forefoot. 

Warriors fans and sneakerheads will recognize ‘Championship Mindset’ as an extension of the ‘Dub Nation’ pack, which was re-released in December 2023 with the Dub Nation Curry 11, Curry 1 Retro, and UA Spawn FloTro sneakers.
