NBA Commissioner Adam Silver will select replacements for players unable to participate in the All-Star Game due to injuries. The New York Knicks announced that Julius Randle will miss two to three weeks with a dislocated shoulder, while the Philadelphia 76ers revealed that Joel Embiid has a meniscus injury in his left knee, with no timetable set for his return. As a result, Silver may have multiple replacements to name for the upcoming All-Star Game.
