On Friday, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson made a visit at WWE Smackdown in Memphis. The legendary wrestler performed briefly. Johnson made fun of everyone throughout that performance, including Memphis Grizzlies player Ja Morant and longtime foes Cody Rhodes and Seth Rollins.

Morant is now recovering from a shoulder injury that ended his season, which occurred nine games after his ban was lifted. At the beginning of the NBA season, Ja was given a 25-game suspension when it was discovered that the Grizzlies guard had flashed a gun on Instagram Live in various recordings.

During his performance on Friday, The Rock made light of Morant’s gun-related issues by making a statement.

“All you do is laugh and dance,” The Rock remarked in his sketch. It makes sense why your spouse is more well-liked than you. The Rock is going to make that title disappear, even if you’re so incredibly desperate to cheer them all on. Son, you’re just embarrassing. similar to Ja Morant when he brandishes a rifle.”


“I love you Ja!” was how The Rock made sure to let Morant know that his insult was intended to be humorous. Get well quickly!”
Following radio DJ Anthony Sain’s Twitter post expressing his opinions, Morant learned of The Rock’s trip. “Ja out here catching strays lol,” Sain said on Twitter.
