Despite missing key stars Nikola Jokic and Jamal Murray, the Denver Nuggets showcased their depth and resilience in a hard-fought 114-111 victory over the Portland Trail Blazers.

With Jokic and Murray sidelined, Reggie Jackson and DeAndre Jordan stepped up to start, while the rest of the team, excluding Zeke Nnaji, contributed solid performances throughout the game. However, it was the standout performance of Christian Braun off the bench that truly bolstered the Nuggets’ effort. Despite facing struggles from Michael Porter Jr. in the first half, the Nuggets capitalized on momentum swings, with Porter contributing 12 points in the second half, including a pivotal transition three-pointer. The team also received strong contributions from DeAndre Jordan, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope, and Collin Gillespie, highlighting the depth and versatility of the roster.

While the Blazers fielded a young lineup, the Nuggets capitalized on critical errors and maintained their composure to secure the victory.
