NBA Acknowledges Missed Calls During LA Clippers vs. Denver Nuggets Game

However, both teams found themselves at odds with the officiating throughout the game, with Nuggets head coach Michael Malone even receiving an ejection in the fourth quarter.

Following the game, the NBA released its Last Two Minute Report, shedding light on two crucial missed calls in the final moments of the contest.

The first missed call occurred with 1:11 remaining, where Clippers center Ivica Zubac should have been whistled for a shooting foul against Nikola Jokic.

The second missed call came with just 14 seconds left on the clock, as Jokic should have been penalized for a defensive three-second violation during the Clippers’ final offensive possession.

The revelation of these missed calls further fueled the dissatisfaction from both teams regarding the officiating during the game. 

It’s worth noting that Nuggets point guard Jamal Murray was also sidelined for the matchup, adding another layer of complexity to the contest.
