Klay Thompson captioned a few interesting pictures from his recent Bahamas vacation with the phrase “that island life.”

The star of the Warriors posted some photos from a vacation to the island in the Caribbean where his father was born. And since Mychal Thompson, a former player for the Lakers, thought it was “a Bahamian thing” to witness Klay enjoying club dancing in China earlier this summer, it is likely that dad likes his kid liking the Bahamas.


Thompson was pictured in his images lounging on the water, jet skiing with a female buddy, and snorkeling in a sunken boat.
When a video of Klay at a Chinese club went viral in June, TMZ queried his father about the joyful dancing of the star, in part because Stephen Curry used laughing emojis in his comments.


According to reports, Mychal grinned and stated, “He got that from me.” That’s peculiar to the Bahamas. From the islands, that is. We are good dancers. Everyone from the Caribbean is born with that sense of rhythm.

It appears that Klay is taking some time to get back in touch with his rhythm.
