In their injury report for their matchup with the Los Angeles Lakers in Game 5, the Denver Nuggets have labeled star guard Jamal Murray as questionable due to a left calf strain. 

Murray has struggled with a number of various lower body ailments this season; he is currently battling with a calf issue, which may affect his availability for this crucial game.

Murray has not been mentioned on the injury report at any point throughout the series, so it was somewhat of a surprise when he was added. 

It appears that he sustained this injury in Game 4. In Game 4, the Lakers ended their 11-game losing streak against the Nuggets, setting up a Game 5 in Denver.

In front of their home fans, the Nuggets will try to finish this series, but they might not be able to do so without their star point guard. 

Murray’s status is currently unknown, but there is still a chance that he will be ready for Game 5. His status is listed as questionable.

Denver needs Murray to be healthy in order to win the championship again, and even if they could defeat the Lakers without him, they would prefer for their point guard to return to health as soon as possible.
