PJ Hall and the Clemson Tigers had a fantastic season just ended.
After 36 games, the gifted center finished with averages of 18.3 points, 6.4 rebounds, 1.4 assists, and 1.4 blocks. He also shot 31.5% from three-point range and 48.8% from the field.
Hall was not chosen in the 2024 NBA Draft; nevertheless, according to Harrison Wind of DNVR Sports, he is joining the Denver Nuggets on a two-way contract.
According to Wind: “Source: Clemson center PJ Hall will be joining the Nuggets on a two-way contract. Denver gave him a first-round rating.”
Hall participated in Clemson’s four seasons of collegiate play.
Over 120 games, he shot 50.3% from the field and 32.6% from three-point range, averaging 14.2 points, 5.3 rebounds, 1.1 assists, and 1.1 blocks per game.
Extra information regarding the signing was provided by Shams Charania of The Athletic and Stadium.
According to Charania: “Sources say that Denver Nuggets’ undrafted Clemson big man PJ Hall has agreed to a two-way contract.” Despite having strong interest in a second round pick, Hall decided that Denver, which lacked one, was the best fit for him.”
Even though Nikola Jokic is the best center in the NBA, the Nuggets still needed to add more depth at the position.
Hall, if they choose not to utilize a draft pick, might be a solid value acquisition.
With a 57-25 record, the Nuggets concluded the season as the second seed in the Western Conference.
In the NBA playoffs, they were defeated by the Minnesota Timberwolves in the second round.
